Conclusion of the Contract

You can order by phone, from our online shop by clicking on the “SEND” button to purchase the goods in the shopping cart, or by email. Your order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with regard to the goods ordered. Donshe-Shoes.com shall confirm the receipt of your order in writing (e.g. by e-mail). This confirmation of receipt shall not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. The purchase contract shall come into effect when Donshe-Shoes.com sends you an order confirmation after the receipt of the order or ships the ordered goods to you.
Delivery Service
Delivery to the United States delivery to destinations other than above is possible through Donshe-Shoes.com, mail and parcel services. In case the ordered merchandise cannot be delivered in accordance with selected shipping schedule. or not at all, Donshe-Shoes.com will inform you immediately. There-after in such a case of delay, you can withdraw from the contract. If it is impossible to deliver the shipment, both Donshe-Shoes.com and you have the right to withdraw from the contract. in case of rescission, Donshe-Shoes.com will issue a store credit.
Payment Service
All listed prices are subject to change. You can choose which way you would like to pay – by debit or credit card (Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card). If you are ordering for the first time by credit card, we reserve the right to ask for more information. Our prices are quoted in the order confirmation and are due when the order is placed or delivered. The prices quoted in our catalogs, advertisements; and flyers are only valid until the publication of the next catalog, advertisement or flyer. If you order from our website, the prices shown there on the order date are applicable.

Right of Rescission
